Nicky & George
A wedding in Lucignanello Bandini
Are you looking for ideas while planning your upcoming wedding in Lucignanello Bandini, Italy? You’ve come to the right place! If you’re a couple searching for a typical Italian village where you could gather your close family and friends, a place like this makes all the difference.
A whole Borgo just for yourself
Nicky and George chose a religious ceremony at a little church of a nearby hamlet called Montisi. On the other hand, you can rent Borgo Lucignanello in its entirety for weddings. In that case, you can have the ceremony and celebrations inside the property, and you will have a small Tuscan village at your disposal. Moreover, the Borgo has its own small San Biagio church where you can celebrate a catholic wedding.
The Val d’Orcia landscape
After the ceremony and a little break, we left with the just married couple to take some photos of the surroundings. And, if you’re like Nicky and George, and like us, you’re gonna fall in love with the Val d’Orcia area. In fact, within a short drive distance, we could visit one of the most spectacular sceneries in Tuscany. Val d’Orcia pearls like San Quirico, Pienza, and Buonconvento are just minutes away, not to mention the many other beauties of that land. While you’re planning your big day, don’t forget that the soft rolling hills that are so typical of the Tuscan landscape are looking better in the soft late afternoon light. So, please consider leaving room for your portraits just before your dinner, and anyway not too early in the afternoon. Also, the harsh sunlight and the higher temperatures may be uncomfortable for you and your guests, especially during summer.
